The Ranger Institute (RI) is a select group of former high level managers that hold graduate degrees, have 30 or more years experience in resources management, law enforcement, personnel management, public administration, planning and training. 

Ranger Institute personnel are available as broad based, experienced consultants who can perform management reviews of entire organizations or specific aspects within your agency, department or geographic area. We can conduct surveys and analyses for your unique needs, re-engineer your business processes to improve efficiency, or train your team to improve service and functions. 

RI personnel can develop and conduct individual training courses to suit your needs, develop undergraduate or graduate university level courses or a degree program designed for the actual responsibilities and problems encountered by senior management personnel. Management personnel require a different set of knowledge, skills and abilities than field operating personnel.
